The residents of Palmerston Blvd. are planning their 4th annual PLANET PALMERSTON: a community yard sale with a portion of proceeds going to Habitat For Humanity Toronto.
This year’s event aims to build on the success of past
years when Palmerston Boulevard came alive with yard sales, bake sales,
lemonade stands, raffles, face painting, plant sales, bbq’s, live music and a strong
sense of community. The event has now raised over $8000 for charity.
“The intention of the day is to build community on our own
street, to invite others to celebrate with us and together, raise money and
awareness for charities working to improve our community at large,” says one of
the event’s organizers Mackenzie Muldoon; “everybody wins!”

Can people bring items to donate to the community yard sale?
